Application Assistance for Artists and Cultural Workers
Are you or a loved one an LA County artist or arts worker who lost their home or studio or been displaced by the Eaton or Palisades Fires? The LA Arts Community Fire Relief Fund is offering grants of up to $10,000 to support you. Applications are due on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
If you need assistance completing your application, please come to the Armory's Creativity & Community Care Room on Friday, February 14. from 2:00 until 5:00 PM. Armory and Side Street Projects staff will be on hand for free drop-in assistance with writing and submitting your application. Please click below or visit cciarts.org/relief to learn more. IMPORTANT: Though we do not recommend waiting unitl the last moment, application assistance is also available from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the day of the deadline (Tuesday the 18).
In partnership with Side Street Projects, the Armory explored a holistic approach to supporting Pasadena and Altadena's creative cultural sector. We discussed available resources, how to navigate them, and took time to connect and hold space together as a community.
