Amaranth Cooking Workshop
Join us at the Altadena Community Garden where we’ll exchange amaranth recipes and get hands-on experience with cooking this traditional, pre-Columbian staple during an all-ages workshop led by members of Malaqatel Ija, Semillas Viajeras, Seed Travels.
