Be Present, Hold Space: Pinch Pot Wellness Workshop

On the Friday after Election Day, join us for a free pinch pot wellness workshop. Share, listen, and be present in community while making a series of earthenware pinch pots with Armory Teaching Artist Elonda Norris and Ebony Williams, LMFT. The restorative act of pinching the clay will serve as a way to release tension. During this meditative movement, folks will also create and engage in dialogue to process recent events. All pots will be fired and be available for pick-up on Friday November 15th. This free event is open to everyone ages 16 and up.
