Our breathtaking, 3,000 square foot art studio has hardwood floors, a 38 foot high industrial ceiling with programmable electro-chromic skylights, and seats 125. The studio's spacious, flexible floor plan can be customized to accommodate creative configurations that meet your specific needs. Rates start at $250 per hour (4-hour minimum).

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Staffing: Armory staff members must be present to oversee special events at an additional rate of $25/hour per staff member (minimum of two staff members required for events with 50 or more guests), or $40/hour per staff member for events that exceed 8 hours or go past 10 pm.

Set Up and Clean Up: Armory staff members will set up the space (chairs, tables, A/V) and then reset the room for the additional hourly staff rates described above. Additional set-up time is required for incorporating A/V components. Renter is responsible for post-event clean up (food removal, trash disposal, etc). An additional cleaning fee of $75 is charged for basic janitorial services for events with 50 or more attendees.

Equipment Fees: We have 6 foot folding tables, chairs, A/V equipment, and other equipment/supplies available for an additional fee. Upon request, our Event Manager will supply you with a current, itemized equipment/material fee structure to review.

Food Preparation: No cooking is allowed on the premises, only preparation and warming. We have a small kitchen with counter space, one sink, a common refrigerator, and a microwave. We do not have stove tops or ovens. An additional space for scullery/prep is located behind the main studio and is available for an additional fee of $50/hour.

Main Gallery: Renter may request that the current exhibition in the Armory’s gallery remain open for the duration of the event for an additional fee of $200/hour. The gallery cannot be used to serve food, drink, or situate entertainment (DJ, band, etc.).

Parking: The Armory does not have its own parking lot. There is a public parking structure next door that is free for the first 90 minutes, $2/hour thereafter, with a maximum of $6/day.

Deposit and Confirmation: A deposit of $75 is required to confirm booking. Full payment is required two weeks prior to event.

Use Limitations: The Armory reserves the right to refuse facility rentals for any programmatic uses deemed unacceptable to, or in competition with the Armory’s brand and/or mission. Art sales, auctions, and fundraisers are prohibited. Rentals for pop-up exhibitions by adult artists are also prohibited.
